Tokubetsu Junmaishu Aiyama Shuchusen 1.8L
Brewed from 100% Aiyama sake-brewing rice. This very rare sake rice has larger shinpaku, or concentration of starches in the center of the grain, than Yamadanishiki rice.
It has a light, soft fragrance and a rich and refined flavor. This is a junmaishu of high quality.
